🛒 購買流程 Purchase Process
在網上商店選擇商品及數量,加入購物車,然後結賬;
Select the product and quantity in the online store, add it to the shopping cart, and then proceed to check out.
在結帳頁面,填寫個人和送貨資料,並選擇付款方式(未計算運費);
On the checkout page, fill in your personal and delivery details, and choose a payment method (delivery fees are not included).
電郵或Whatsapp付款截圖給我們,確認收到付款後,我們會通過電郵或Whatsapp與客戶確認送貨詳情及相關運費(如有);
Send us a screenshot of the payment via email or WhatsApp. After confirming receipt of the payment, we will confirm the delivery details and related delivery fees (if any) with the customer via email or WhatsApp.
📦 送貨須知 Delivery Notice
貨品由第三方或供應商直接送貨,會一次或分多次送貨。有關發送商品的任何時間及日期,或送貨所需的時間僅為估計。如未能符合任何訂明的發送或送貨日期或時間,我們將通知顧客訂單進度。閣下同意及接受,於任何情況下我們均不會接受取消訂單或退款。
Goods are delivered directly by third parties or suppliers and may be delivered in one or multiple times. Any time and date regarding the delivery of the goods is only an estimate. If we fail to meet any prescribed delivery date or time, we will notify you of the order progress. You agree and accept that we will not accept cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
送貨費用視乎個別品牌及訂講數量而定。
Delivery fee depends on the individual brand and the quantity ordered.
送貨費用由收貨人直接交付給司機或本公司代為收取(視乎個別情況而定)。
Delivery fee is either paid directly to the driver or collected by our company depending on the situation.
默認送貨服務是*車邊交收。若需^送貨上門服務,將會有附加費和停車費(如有)。請聯繫本公司查詢。
The default delivery service is *Curbside pickup. If ^Home delivery is required, there will be surcharges and parking fees (if any). Please contact us in advance.
*車邊交收:客人需自行在可合法停車位置與司機會合並取貨。
*Curbside pickup: Consignees must meet the driver at a legal and convenient parking location to collect goods.
^送貨上門:司機會將貨品送上單位樓層,如無升降機或不便進入,司機有權拒絕,請事先查詢。
^Home delivery: Goods are delivered to the door. Drivers may refuse delivery to non-elevator buildings; please contact us to confirm arrangements.
本公司有權拒絕為無升降機設備的樓宇提供送貨上門服務。
We reserve the right to refuse home delivery to buildings without elevator access.
本公司僅於香港的特定地區送貨,離島及偏遠地區(如需禁區紙)可能不提供服務。
Delivery is limited to specific areas in Hong Kong. Outlying islands or restricted areas may not be served.
如遇八號風球或黑雨,當日及翌日送貨服務可能延誤或取消,我們將聯絡顧客另作安排。
In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services may be delayed or cancelled. Customers will be contacted for rearrangement.
👤 顧客及收貨人責任 Responsibilities of Customers and Consignees
顧客需於送貨日前最少兩個工作天通知更改送貨安排。
Customers must notify us at least two working days in advance to reschedule delivery.
顧客需提供正確詳細的送貨地址及聯絡方式。
Provide accurate delivery address and contact info.
如送貨前無法聯繫收貨人,可能導致延誤或未能送貨,並產生額外費用,由顧客承擔。
Failure to reach the consignee may delay delivery or incur extra fees, borne by the customer.
若無人收貨,貨品將退回,並產生重新派送費用,由顧客承擔。
If no one receives the goods, re-delivery costs apply.
資料錯誤或不全導致未能成功派送,相關費用由顧客承擔。
Incorrect or incomplete delivery info resulting in failed delivery will be at customer’s expense.
若送貨車輛(可達5.5公噸)無法直達,需要額外推運或搬運上樓,顧客須承擔額外費用。
Extra fees apply if delivery requires manual handling due to building access limitations.
若顧客拒絕承擔額外費用,公司有權取消訂單或拒絕再次派送,並從已付款中扣除相關費用。
If customer refuses to pay extra fees, we may cancel the order or refuse further delivery.
貨品送達後風險轉移至收貨人,公司不負責任何損失或損壞。
Risk transfers to consignee upon delivery; company is not liable for loss or damage.
收貨後請立即檢查,如有質量問題請於三日內聯絡我們,並保留所有包裝。Inspect goods upon receipt. Report issues within 3 days with packaging intact.
🔄 更換損壞貨品 Replace Damaged Goods
必須於收貨後3日內提出更換申請,逾期恕不接受。
Replacement request must be made within 3 days of receipt.
更換條件:Conditions for replacement:
保留所有包裝及單據。
Keep all packaging and receipts.
電郵 info@elfsuply.hk 或 WhatsApp 提出,並附訂單編號、貨品相片/影片、問題描述。
Email or WhatsApp us with order number, product photo/video, and issue details.
開封、使用或人為損壞之商品不接受退換。
Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.
只限更換相同型號及顏色的貨品。
Only same model and color items can be replaced.
更換細則由供應商決定。
Replacement policy is subject to supplier’s final decision.
我們有權修改條款及審批更換要求。
We reserve the right to amend terms and approve requests.
未能提供所需資料視為無質量問題處理。
Incomplete information may result in denial of replacement.
如有爭議,我們保留最終決定權。
In case of disputes, our company reserves the final decision.
